Materials: blankets pillows, classroom furniture, fan

  • Invite kids to use tables, chairs, blankets, pillows, and so on to make a warm guarida.
  • Then help them test their design to see if it keeps out the cold winter air! Have kids go inside the den. Point an electric fan at the den. Can kids feel the breeze? If so, they need to adjust their design.
