- Together, brainstorm ways kids can stay healthy at home and at school. Write children’s ideas on chart paper.
- Start with washing your hands. Then discuss things like using a tissue and coughing into your elbow. Also include eating right and exercising!

Materials: large bowl, 2 cups of soap flakes, 1/4 cup water, food coloring and vegetable oil (optional)
- Pour the soap flakes into a large bowl. Add the water slowly until the mixture is the consistency of play dough.
- Add a few drops of food coloring if desired.
- Let kids shape the soap however they’d like! Let dry overnight.
- TIP: You can put vegetable oil on kids’ hands if the mixture is too sticky.
